The EAP Digest/EAPA Award is a collaborative award process co-sponsored by
the EAP Digest Magazine and the Employee Assistance Professionals
Association (EAPA). The award, given annually, honors a deserving EAP that
has demonstrated continuous improvement and exemplary service in the
provision of EA services. This year, we are pleased to announce the call for
nominations for this prestigious award. Individuals and/organizations
desiring to submit nominations may download the award criteria overview,
program instructions and nominations forms from the
EAPA website or may
request an application packet by contacting Wendy McIntyre, Membership
Development Manager at mbrdevmgr@eap-association.org.
All nomination forms must be received by August 15, 2005 to be
